realizing what triggers me to eat more during the day: a second cup of coffee later in the day and little sleep.
at least now i know what to fix!
i feel like the more i concentrate less on losing weight, and more on just eating healthier, it’s alot easier to actually lose the weight.
Pretty sure I’m hungrier than normal and craving more fat and protein because I’m ovulating.
